Cameron O. Flynn
Cameron O. Flynn has secured successful outcomes for clients at trial, mediation, and through dispositive motion. He collaborates with employers to provide all aspects of employment litigation services in a wide range of industries. He focuses on the defense of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and both individual and class action wage and hour claims. In addition to litigation, Cameron partners with companies to implement appropriate policies and practices in an effort to reduce the likelihood of future claims.
As well as labor and employment law, Cameron defends businesses and individuals in the areas of personal injury, including traumatic brain injury, premises liability, product liability, and transportation law.
Cameron grew up in Maryland and attended college and law school in Virginia. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Cameron was a student attorney with the School of Law’s nationally recognized Black Lung Legal Clinic where he worked with coal miners seeking federal black lung benefits. Prior, he attended Bridgewater College (B.S., magna cum laude, Business Administration, 2008).
