Arash J. Yahyai
Arash J. Yahyai has extensive litigation experience representing clients in transportation, catastrophic injury, personal injury, and premises liability matters. He has obtained favorable results for his clients in both pre-litigation and litigation. He has secured victories through dispositive motions, mediations, bench trials, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Mr. Yahyai earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012, graduating on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Mr. Yahyai interned with the law firm of Hefner, Stark & Marios, LLP. Upon receiving his license to practice law, Mr. Yahyai owned and operated his own firm for several years, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in their legal matters. This has given Mr. Yahyai a unique perspective when litigating a case, allowing him the ability to see a case from multiple angles.
