Erika C. Hernandez
Erika C. Hernandez is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin, where she focuses her practice on Employment and Labor law, representing corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Erika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she served as student body Vice-President, a submissions editor for La Raza Law Journal, and Co-Chair of La Raza Law Students Association (now La Alianza – Law Students of Latin American Descent). Erika was awarded the Hon. Cruz Reynoso Service Award and the Class of 2018 Student Service Award.
Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Erika completed a UC Berkeley School of Law Public Interest Fellowship focused on employment and labor law and worked at a non-profit supporting micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses. She attended San Jose State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Political Science.
Erika is licensed to practice in the State of California.
