Kevin Lee is a Senior Counsel with Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. He has extensive experience defending clients in personal injury, professional negligence, construction defect, and products liability matters. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin, his practice included landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, contract disputes, and business litigation.

Kevin has litigation experience defending general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in construction defect matters involving both residential and commercial properties. Kevin has drafted numerous successful dispositive motions, including one on behalf of a public transportation company in a $12.5 million personal injury matter.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University. While in law school, Kevin worked for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s Legal Advisory Unit and Advocacy Unit, in which he assisted in matters pertaining to employment and constitutional issues.

Kevin is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing golf, caddying for his wife, running, and cooking. He is on a never-ending quest to hone his food science knowledge and cooking skills.
