Steven D. Whang is Senior Counsel in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office and focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation matters. Steven regularly defends companies, employers, and individuals in employment matters and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and all U.S District Courts in California.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Steven’s practice also included employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation, product liability, catastrophic personal injury, and premises liability.

Steven earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, he was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board as an Associate Justice and was awarded honors as a top brief finalist.
