Technical Support Specialist (SD Office)

Position: Technical Support Specialist (SD Office)

Under supervision of the IT Manager, the successful candidate will provide entry-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and infrastructure equipment to the company staff.

Essential Functions:

  • Responds to end user calls, email and requests for technical support.
  • Provides technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office productivity software and infrastructure equipment in an Active Directory, multi-site network.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain company workstations to end users.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end users in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Miscellaneous projects as needed.

Skills/Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):

  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in an IT helpdesk or desktop support role.  Experience supporting legal firm operations a plus.
  • Technical Training & Certifications a plus (i.e.: A+, NETWORK+)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.  Very dependable, reliable, trustworthy and motivated.  Strong integrity and professional demeanor.
