Pettit & Ingrassia named Best Lawyers in America 2017

Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz is proud to announce that two of their shareholders have been nominated and awarded inclusion by their peers in the 2017 edition of Best Lawyers in America.

Shareholder and vice president of the firm, Douglas Pettit, was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for the seventh year in a row, for the practice area of Legal Malpractice Law – Defendants.

For the fifth year in a row, Shareholder, CFO and co-chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor group, Thomas Ingrassia, was awarded the distinction of Best Lawyers in America for his work in Employment Law – Management.

First starting in 1983, Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.  Best Lawyers peer-reviewed listings are published in almost 70 countries around the world and continues to grow substantially in the international legal community.  Last year’s publication included 55,041 attorneys in 140 practice areas, covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia.   The evaluation process included more than 6.7 million submissions of lawyers by other lawyers.  Pettit Kohn congratulates Tom and Doug on this well-earned accomplishment.
