Pettit Kohn Part of Record Food Preparation at Los Angeles Food Bank

On Saturday October 20, teammates from Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles Office spent their time at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, sorting, cleaning and repackaging donated food.  Pettit Kohn, alongside other volunteers, prepped enough produce for 33,434 meals.  This was the most that the LA Food Bank had prepared in the past seven months in a three-hour time frame.

Pettit Kohn is grateful for the opportunity to give back to its communities.  There are an estimated 1.4 million people in Los Angeles who live with food insecurity, and through the help of their volunteers and partner agencies, the LA Regional Food Bank is able to serve over 300,000 people on a monthly basis.
