Jessica C. O’Malley
Jessica O’Malley is an attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. She represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, focusing on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation.
Jessie received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated with concentrations in Employment and Labor Law and Civil Litigation. While in law school, she was an Associate Member and later an Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. She was active in the Women’s Law Caucus, serving as the Vice President, Community Chair, and 1L Representative, and she helped the group earn the Student Organization of the Year Award in 2021. Jessie was also active in the Employment and Labor Law Society, serving as the Publicity Chair. In addition, she served as an extern to the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, Southern District of California. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Jessie worked at the USD Legal Clinics as a Legal Clinics Fellow for the Civil Clinic.
Prior to law school, Jessie graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She also graduated with a Certificate in Conflict Management from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. While at Pepperdine, Jessie participated in the Florence, Italy study abroad program. Jessie grew up outside of Dallas, Texas.
