Nicole F. Davidov is a trial attorney representing both plaintiffs and defendants primarily in premises liability, products liability, transportation, and other complex personal injury matters. She secures favorable settlements in high-exposure cases that often involve catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Within her first five years of practice, Nicole solo-tried a multimillion-dollar case to verdict on behalf of a Fortune 50 defendant.

Born and raised in West Hollywood, Nicole earned her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from San Diego State University, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served on the San Diego Law Review and earned CALI Awards in Legal Research and Writing and Labor Law for achieving the highest grade in the class. Outside of work, Nicole is likely to be found at a live show, on a plane, or anywhere in between with family and friends.
