Nicole F. Davidov is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. Her practice is focused primarily on retail and transportation litigation matters. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Nicole defended individuals and companies in general liability, personal injury, and construction defect matters.

Nicole graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Nicole gained valuable courtroom and legal advocacy experience as an extern for the Honorable Judge William V. Gallo at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Nicole was a member of the San Diego Law Review and has earned CALI awards in Legal Research and Writing and Labor Law.

Prior to law school, Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from San Diego State University in 2016.

Nicole is licensed to practice law before all courts in the state of California.
