Michael V. Madigan
Senior Counsel
Michael V. Madigan is a highly experienced litigator and trial lawyer in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office. He is licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Courts of the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Michael has been in practice for forty years and during that time he has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Orange County Chapter since 1999), and has over 120 Superior and Federal Court actions tried to verdict. For the past five years, Michael has mentored lawyers associated with the State Farm Claims Litigations Council section of the Corporate Law Department.
He has served as a Settlement Officer, Arbitrator, and Mediator in Orange County and Los Angeles County. He served on the Traumatic Brain Injury Board of Lecturers and MCLE providers. In 1996 Michael became Founding Partner and Managing Attorney of Law Offices of Madigan, Evans & Boyer until 2008. Michael has a multitude of experience with Consultation, as Senior Staff Counsel, and as a Senior Trial Attorney.
Michael holds a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Northrop University College of Law.
