Victoria Minnich
Victoria C. Minnich is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. She has broad litigation experience and focuses her practice on transportation matters.
Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Victoria worked with local government agencies assisting on tort litigation matters and advising government agencies on complex legal matters. Victoria has also dedicated extensive time to serving the public and community by dedicating pro-bono hours during her time with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Additionally, Victoria had the honor of serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Linda Lopez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California where she worked on a variety of complex legal matters.
Victoria received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While attending law school she received numerous awards, including the CWSL Academic Merit Scholarship, CWSL Academic Excellence Award, Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services, and the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego Bar Scholarship. Victoria was also selected for the San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellowship. Victoria also served as an honors teaching fellow, where she mentored first-year law students and taught weekly large group tutoring sessions on Property Law.
Prior to law school, Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts from California State University San Marcos. She also attended the University of San Diego where she obtained her ABA paralegal certificate. Thereafter, she worked as a paralegal assisting on wildfire litigation, employment litigation, and business law related matters.
Victoria is licensed to practice law in the state of California. When she is not practicing law she enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
