Emily is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. She represents various retailers in a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.

Emily received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. There, Emily served as the Senior Notes Editor of Volume 64 of the Santa Clara Law Review, President of the Real Estate Law Society, and President of the Women and Law Association. Emily graduated with a Public Interest and Social Justice Certificate, with an emphasis in Environmental Justice. Emily also worked as a law clerk at several local law firms, on both plaintiff and defense side, handling a range of litigation matters.

Prior to law school, Emily graduated with honors from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. While at USD, Emily participated in the Madrid, Spain study abroad program.
