Alec Dea
Alec Dea is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Employment and Labor practice group. He represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, focusing on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation. He has experience in both the litigation and pre-litigation stages of a dispute, including negotiations, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
Alec received his Juris Doctor from Creighton School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. During law school, Alec gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo (ret.), Federal Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. He also volunteered at the Creighton Poverty Law Clinic. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Alec’s practice included insurance defense, personal injury, trust litigation, business litigation, and homeowners association matters.
Outside of the office, Alec enjoys playing basketball, going to the beach, and reading.
