Alexis R. Lewis represents businesses who require a defense in premises liability, products liability, and other personal injury matters. She has experience in both the litigation and pre-litigation stages of a dispute, including negotiations, motion practice, and overall case strategy development and execution. Alexis is newly licensed to practice before all California State Courts.

Alexis received her Juris Doctor cum laude from California Western School of Law. Her exceptional academic accomplishments include receiving class rank-based scholarships every year of law school, enrollment on the Dean’s Honors List every semester she was eligible, and employment by her law school as a Property Teaching Fellow. Additionally, she was one of only twelve students selected annually to be enrolled in the California Innocence Project Clinic where she worked as a State Bar Certified Law Student to investigate incarcerated persons’ innocence claims and even successfully assisted in the litigation and exoneration of one client. She honed her trial skills as a top competitor in multiple mock trial competitions against law students from around the country and received exceptional judicial experience when she externed for Federal Magistrate Judge Jill L. Burkhardt.

Alexis graduated from San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis and gained international entrepreneurship experience when she studied abroad in Shanghai, China. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Alexis worked with medical device and software companies to hone her business and professional skills before she attended law school.
