Alysha R. Zapata

Alysha R. Zapata is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office. She is an experienced litigator with extensive labor and employment experience representing non-profits and corporations. Alysha represents a vast array of employers against claims pertaining to allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Alysha also provides counseling to employers in general labor matters to prevent potential lawsuits.
Prior to practicing law, Alysha spent time abroad at Hong Kong University as an undergrad studying Comparative Politics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco and received several honors including an award from the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She also spent time as a Certified Law Student for the United States Patent & Trademark Office and was selected for a Judicial Internship with the Hon. Judge Bolanos, San Francisco County’s first Latina judge.
