Ben is an associate attorney with Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego Office, focusing on a wide range of employment and labor litigation matters.

Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law. During law school, Ben competed on the Client Advocacy Team.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Ben held internships at the San Diego Office of the Public Defender and the USD School of Law Workers’ Rights Clinic. Ben also worked as a law clerk for several local San Diego firms working on a variety of civil litigation matters.

Prior to law school, Ben graduated from the San José State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science. Outside of work, Ben enjoys running and exploring new hiking trails.
