Brett B. Greenberg is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office, where he focuses his practice on employment litigation, defending employers against a wide variety of claims, including wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, he gained practical experience in multiple areas of litigation, including securities litigation and business litigation.
Brett earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Prior to law and business school, he graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a dual degree in Government and Philosophy. He is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
