Chandler C. Martin
Chandler Martin is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office, where he focuses his practice on product liability and toxic tort litigation. Before transitioning to corporate defense work, Chandler represented plaintiffs in a broad range of matters, including personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, and general liability claims.
In his litigation practice, Chandler has handled cases from outset through resolution, working closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop effective strategies and achieve favorable results. His experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides provides him with a balanced perspective in navigating complex litigation.
Chandler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing and Reading class. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a minor in Professional Writing, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Outside of work, Chandler is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, and overlanding. He and his wife share two Australian cattle dogs, Spumoni and Cannoli.
