Chloe McDonald
Chloe is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. She focuses her practice on professional liability and business litigation matters.
Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, she served as an Executive Editor on the San Diego International Law Journal. Chloe also worked as a Success Fellow for Torts for two academic years, providing academic support to first-year law students. In addition, she competed in the American Bar Association Mediation Competition and qualified for the national tournament, gaining experience in negotiation and dispute resolution advocacy.
While in law school, Chloe served as a Legal Intern in USD’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where she assisted clients in active litigation matters under faculty supervision. She also worked as a law clerk at a local firm in San Diego, both plaintiffs and defense sides in an array of civil litigation matters.
Prior to law school, Chloe received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of San Diego. Outside the office, Chloe enjoys yoga, playing trivia with friends, and spending time with her pet rabbit.
