Christine E. Boisclair represents Fortune 500 companies in product liability, toxic tort, and trucking litigation. Christine has managed all aspects of litigation, including party and expert depositions, mediation, and motion practice. Christine is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, and Northern District of California.

Christine’s notable accomplishments include solo trying a products liability/negligence case, which resulted in a favorable motion for non-suit for her client. She also solo handled all aspects of an arbitration for a Fortune 500 technology client on a privacy breach of contract claim. The arbitrator found in favor of Christine’s client and denied the claim in its entirety.

Prior to attending law school, Christine graduated summa cum lade from University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Professional Writing. Christine received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2014, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient.

Christine has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2020. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, Evan and Madison.
