Emma is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego Office, focusing on a wide range of employment and labor litigation matters.

Emma received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law (CWSL). During law school, she was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law student association and later held the events coordinator position. Emma also volunteered for CWSL’s Community Law Project, where she assisted in providing access to a wide range of legal services to low-income and vulnerable clients. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Emma worked at various internships at law firms based in San Diego and Santa Ana, including the Veterans Legal Institute. She also completed an externship with the State of California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Before heading to law school, Emma graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. Outside of work, Emma loves to hike scenic routes in San Diego and paint landscapes.
