Gabriella Kelly is an attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office.  She represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, focusing on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation.

Gabriella received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law.  While in law school, she participated in CWSL’s New Media Rights Clinic, where she assisted creators and business owners with free legal services on a variety of issues, ranging from copyright infringement to contract drafting.  Gabriella also worked as a law clerk at several local law firms, on both plaintiff and defense side, handling a range of litigation matters.  In addition, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael S. Berg, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, Southern District of California.

Prior to law school, Gabriella graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and a minor in Sociology.
