Heritage Ganasi is an associate attorney for Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. She focuses her practice on the defense of retail matters including product liability, premises liability, and personal injury. Heritage obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Heritage worked as a law clerk for an employment defense firm and with in-house counsel at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. While in law school, Heritage received multiple honors in her litigation courses. Heritage also served as a Senior Editor for the University of San Diego’s International Law Journal. In addition, Heritage served as a State Bar Certified Law Student at the University of San Diego, Women’s Legal Clinic where she received the “2023 Outstanding Graduate Clinic Intern of The Year Award” for displaying exceptional oral advocacy during in-court appearances on behalf of low-income clients seeking family law services. Heritage was the National Anthem singer for the University of San Diego 2023 Law School Commencement. She also plays several instruments.

Prior to law school, Heritage graduated cum laude from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. Heritage served as the captain of the University’s Nationally Ranked Collegiate Speech and Debate Team and was individually ranked in the top 2% of all collegiate debaters in the nation. She was president of the University’s Female Acapella Group and performed with the Jazz Ensemble.
