Jenny Che is an associate attorney at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on employment and labor litigation.

Jenny earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Jenny interned for a medical malpractice firm in downtown San Diego, where she assisted in defending claims of medical malpractice, hospital negligence, and elder abuse. Jenny received judicial experience externing for the Honorable Steve B. Chu in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. In addition to serving as a Research Assistant during school, she also served as VP of Health Law Society and 2L student representative for her school’s Student Body Association.

Prior to attending law school, Jenny graduated from California State University of Long Beach, where she earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Science. Jenny spent several years as a paralegal in a personal injury law office thereafter.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys taking reformer pilates classes as well as spending time with her senior dog Bacon.
