Jenny is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office, where she represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, wage-and-hour disputes, and claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Jenny developed her skills as a law clerk at a boutique business litigation firm in San Francisco, where she worked on matters ranging from corporate disputes to federal securities
investigations.

Jenny received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt Law School, earning a Law & Business certificate. While in law school, Jenny participated in the Intellectual Property & Arts Clinic, representing and counseling individuals, businesses, and organizations in various matters involving copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. She also externed with the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission’s Video Clinic Project, helping connect underserved members of the community with legal assistance.
