Kassidy Lin Davis is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office and focuses her practice on retail and toxic tort matters.

Kassidy obtained her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in December 2023. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Health Law Society and was a member of the Competitive Appellate Moot Court Team. Her oral advocacy skills earned her multiple accolades, including Regional Finalist (2nd Place) and National Semifinalist at the 2023 Thomas Tang Appellate Moot Court Competition. Kassidy also placed as a finalist (2nd place) in California Western’s Intraschool 1L Appellate Oral Advocacy Competition and received a Distinguished Advocate award for her performance. She demonstrated academic excellence and was awarded for her performance in her Legal Skills, Appellate Program, and Trial Practice courses, earning a place on the Dean’s Honor List. Kassidy was also honored as a San Diego County Bar Diversity Fellow in 2022 and was featured in the San Diego Lawyer Magazine’s ‘2022 Diversity Fellowship Program’ article.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Kassidy practiced civil litigation and motions, writs, and appeals on the plaintiff’s side, gaining valuable experience as a law clerk from 2021 through the initial months of her licensure in 2024. She also served as a Student Extern and Law Clerk for the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in their Appeals, Writs, and Trials Division in 2023.

Kassidy graduated from California State University San Marcos in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors. She was named to the Dean’s Honor List and was a member of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society.

In her spare time, Kassidy enjoys cultivating over 100 plants in her outdoor balcony garden, caring for her pets Yuna and Wade (cats) and Spirit (dog), and creating handmade beaded and clay jewelry. She is currently working on learning Spanish and Japanese.
