Kristin Kameen

Kristin Kameen practices all aspects of labor and employment law, handling wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. Her experience as a civil litigator makes Kristin a knowledgeable advocate at all stages of litigation, having handled trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings throughout her career.
In addition to serving as a dedicated litigator to her clients, Kristin also consults with employers and local businesses to advise on a broad range of employment issues and tailor solutions to their specific employment needs.
Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis – King Hall School of Law. As a law student, she served as an Articles and Projects Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and on the Law Students’ Association External Relationship Committee. She participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition as an Oralist and earned a Second Place Memorial Award. Kristin also served as an Academic Success Tutor for first-year Torts and Contracts students. Kristin completed an externship and post-graduate fellowship at the California Civil Rights Department (then-Department of Fair Employment and Housing). Prior to law school, Kristin triple-majored in Political Science, International Relations, and French at the University of California, Davis.
Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Kristin’s diverse practice included labor and employment, contested probate, and legal malpractice matters.
Out of the office, you can find Kristin at a San Diego Padres game, playing bar trivia, watching reality television with her cats, and managing her fantasy football teams to victory.
