Melina Corona is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office, where she focuses on employment litigation.

Melina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she served as Secretary of her school’s La Raza Law Student Association and was a member of the Moot Court Associate Board. Melina gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michelle M. Pettit, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern with the Workers’ Rights Clinic and the California Department of Transportation.

Before attending law school, Melina worked as a paralegal in plaintiff-side employment litigation.

Melina graduated from the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law & Society with a minor in Literary Journalism.
