Nathalie N. Alvarez is an associate attorney at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on employment litigation.

Nathalie received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. In the summer of 2022, Nathalie was a participant in the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) SoCal Diversity Internship where she served as an intern at The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, California. While serving as an intern she supported various in-house legal teams such as employment litigation, real estate and facilities, international relations, corporate governance, and government contracting. During her last two years of law school, Nathalie worked part-time at a plaintiff-sided employment law firm where she gained professional experience in various labor and employment claims such as wage and hour disputes and FEHA complaints. Before joining Pettit Kohn, Nathalie worked for a probate law firm where she primarily focused on probate estate administration, trust administration, and conservatorships.

Prior to attending law school, Nathalie gained hands-on civil litigation experience by working as a legal assistant at a mid-sized lemon law litigation firm and as a paralegal at a boutique firm that focused on construction defect litigation. Additionally, in June of 2017, Nathalie received her paralegal certificate from the UCLA Extension paralegal program.

Nathalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Literature and Spanish Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and participated in a Spanish Studies Semester Abroad program at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain.
