Nicholas W. Dahl is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office and focuses his practice on professional liability and business litigation matters.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Nicholas worked at litigation firms in San Diego specializing in business, employment, and consumer protection matters.

Nicholas obtained his Juris Doctor with concentrations in Business Law and Public Interest Law from Golden Gate University School of Law and received awards for his work in his Remedies and Advanced Legal Research courses. While in law school, Nicholas worked as a financial investigator for the California Office of the Attorney General and was a judicial extern for the Civil Harassment Department of the San Francisco Superior Court.

Nicholas is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of San Diego County Bar Association and has participated in trial advocacy programs through the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Inn of Court, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
