Pouch Liang

Pouch C. Liang is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Employment and Labor practice group. He represents clients in a wide rage of employment matters, focusing on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation.

Pouch received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Pouch served as an Associate Member, and later, Managing Editor of San Diego Law Review. He was also an active member of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. In addition, Pouch gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo (ret.), Federal Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Pouch also worked as a research assistant for Professor Orly Lobel and conducted research on the complexities of artificial intelligence and employment law. Lastly, Pouch volunteered at USD Veterans Legal Clinic and earned the USD Pro Bono Recognition.

Pouch graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Pouch worked as a law clerk for a plaintiff side personal injury law firm in San Diego.
