Shayan Nourmohammadi
Shayan Nourmohammadi is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. His practice is primarily focused on transportation and retail litigation matters, defending large and small corporate clients against general liability claims.
Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Shayan had the distinct honor of serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter, from the United States District Court, Central District of California. He also worked as a law clerk for a trial firm, gaining valuable experience in motions practice for business litigation matters: specifically, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, and fraud. He also has experience in trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
Shayan is a graduate of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law) and the University of California, San Diego. As a lifelong resident of California, Shayan enjoys sunny weather, panoramic landscapes, and Lakers basketball. He spends his free time with his family and friends.
