Will is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego Office, focusing on a wide range of employment and labor litigation matters.

Will received his juris doctor from University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. During law school, Will served as a Comment Editor for San Diego’s Journal of Climate and Energy Law. Will also volunteered for USD’s Federal Tax Clinic, where he helped to represent lower-income taxpayers in their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Will
worked as a law clerk at another local firm on the defense side, handing a range of litigation matters.

Before heading to law school, Will graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Business. Outside of work, Will loves to surf, hike, and follow baseball.
