Kelly Douglas and Andrew Chung Successful at Trial

Kelly Douglas and Andrew Chung of Pettit Kohn’s Los Angeles office achieved a defense verdict at trial for one of our large retail clients.  The case was based on a slip and fall accident at an entrance to one of the retail stores.  Plaintiff sought damages for life-long injuries as a result of the fall.  The defense presented evidence to establish that the retail store maintained the premises in a reasonable manner.  Kelly and Andrew’s cumulative perseverance, preparation and superb motion presentations secured the defense verdict for our retail client against an experienced opposition in a challenging court venue.
