Pettit Kohn Client Wins Dismissal of Appeal

On April 23, 2010, the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, granted a motion to dismiss an appeal in favor of one of the firm’s clients arising out of an underlying business litigation action. As a result of this dismissal, the client avoided the expense of the appeal and is entitled to an award of its attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in bringing its motion to dismiss. David G.
