Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC held its 3rd Annual Employment Law Symposium at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley on November 18, 2009. Presenters for the symposium included: Tom Ingrassia, Jennifer Lutz, Eric De Wames, Jenna Leyton, Robert Hudock and Tyler Theobald. The employment team covered such topics as wage & hour, harassment, discrimination & retaliation, and successfully resolving administrative claims. This symposium also provided human resources professionals with 4.50 California-specified recertification HRCI credit.
