Shareholder Grant Waterkotte Elevated in Rank by National Trial Lawyer’s Organization

Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC, a leading civil litigation and trial law firm, is pleased to announce that Shareholder Grant Waterkotte has been elevated from the rank of “Member” to “Associate” status by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is the premier national association of over 7,000 experienced trial attorneys and judges dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the civil jury trial provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership is extended by invitation only based on a trial attorney’s skill, integrity, honor, and civility. To qualify for the rank of “Associate,” an attorney must have tried a minimum of 20 civil jury trials to verdict as lead counsel.

Grant Waterkotte is a Shareholder at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin. A highly accomplished trial attorney, Grant has tried over 30 cases to verdict in California and Arizona with favorable results.
