Paul Fricke is Senior Counsel in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, client counseling on employment practices and policies, and investigating claims of employee harassment and misconduct.

Paul has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters from pre-litigation all the way through to trial and appeals and has represented his clients on both sides of the “v”. He excels at developing novel and winning case strategies and leveraging motion practice to achieve optimal results.

Paul also developed a broad-based transactional practice based on his litigation experience and clients’ needs, including business purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, investor agreements and buy outs, and vendor agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul managed a boutique law firm where he regularly represented his clients in litigation matters and as outside general counsel. He also served as general counsel for two years for one of his long-term clients, helping his client implement best practices and policies.
