Allison C. Yniguez is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. Her practice is focused on retail litigation matters, representing small and large corporate clients against claims involving premises liability, product liability, and personal injury. She is committed to understanding clients’ unique business objectives and strategic goals in order to provide the best representation for each matter.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for achieving top grades in Labor Law. Allison served as the Assistant Director of the Santa Clara Honors Moot Court Internal Program and the President of the Santa Clara Mock Trial Team, where she earned the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Honorable Donald J. Sullivan Award. Allison was also the President of the Santa Clara Women & Law Association, the American Constitution Society, and the Supreme Court Review. She also served as the Marketing Director of the Latinx Law Student Association. During law school, Allison worked as a legal ethics and compliance intern at one of the leading computing and virtualization technology companies in the world. She also clerked at the Bay Area Legal Aid Health Consumer Center, where she assisted underrepresented and disadvantaged clients with their Medi-Cal appeals hearings.

Prior to law school, Allison attended the University of San Diego. She earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English with Departmental Honors, and a minor in Sociology.
