Allison Howard is Senior Counsel in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s San Diego office. Allison focuses her practice on defending businesses and corporate clients against general liability, premises liability, and personal injury actions. She has successfully represented clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through trial.

Allison has extensive experience handling complex and high-exposure matters, including catastrophic injury cases, traumatic brain injury claims, and other significant loss cases. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for thorough case evaluation, strategic litigation management, effective trial preparation and advocacy. Her trial experience includes serving as second chair in a jury trial that resulted in a complete defense verdict.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Diego and her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
