Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin Secures Appellate Victory Before Fourth District Court of Appeal

Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin secured a victory for its clients sued for malicious prosecution by Los Angeles clothing manufacturer Citizens of Humanity. The firm prevailed in the jury trial after the trial court found that there was probable cause for our clients to sue Citizens of Humanity for consumer claims. The Court of Appeal then affirmed in a published decision. Finally, the California Supreme Court denied Citizens’ petition for review ending what was a lengthy saga for the firm and our clients and delivering a well-deserved outcome to the clients.
