Dominic is an attorney focusing on personal injury litigation with a concentration on the defense of complex claims. He has experience in litigating matters involving catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other high-exposure cases.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Dominic represented trucking companies, commercial vehicle operators, aviation entities, and insurers in both state and federal courts, providing strategic defense in cases that often involve substantial damages, multiple parties, and intricate liability issues. He was also a part of a dedicated motion practice team and was an integral part in securing summary judgment wins filed on behalf of trucking clients. Earlier in his career, Dominic worked at a boutique litigation firm with a concentration on administrative and regulatory matters. Dominic is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, Ohio, and Illinois, allowing him to support clients across jurisdictions and navigate complex legal frameworks.

Dominic earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Outside of his practice, he enjoys playing sports, cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams, cooking, and spending time with his wife and children.
