Jonathan A. Termechi

Jonathan A. Termechi is an experienced litigator in the Los Angeles office of Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin. He has defended small and large corporate clients against personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability claims. As part of the firm’s Transportation team, he handles commercial trucking matters across all areas of transportation law. In addition, Mr. Termechi has a wide range of civil litigation experience in Business Litigation, Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality, and General Liability matters.
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, Jonathan earned first honors in Negotiations, receiving the highest grade in the class. He was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, which is the largest professional legal fraternity in the world. As a law student, Jonathan volunteered for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and clerked at a Century City civil litigation firm, where he assisted clients in different aspects of the litigation process. He also interned at 20th Century Fox Studio’s licensing department, where he assisted in the licensing of television programming and feature films to major television networks. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Jonathan worked for top Los Angeles litigation firms representing individuals, property owners, and business owners in various areas of litigation. Before law school, Jonathan attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Jonathan is fluent in Farsi and speaks conversational Spanish.
