Kimberly N. Horne

Kimberly Horne is an associate attorney in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office. As a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor team, Kimberly defends employers against an array of claims, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, harassment, and retaliation. Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly gained experience in construction defect and personal injury litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. This experience provided Kimberly a well-rounded understanding of litigation strategies and an ability to connect with her clients, while effectively representing their best interests.
