Rachael J. Fornof is an associate in Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Arizona office. Her practice is focused on retail litigation matters, representing corporate clients against claims involving premises liability, as well as personal injury and related litigation.

Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Rachael worked at a Tucson-based law firm where she handled complex business, commercial, and real property matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Rachael also served as a Deputy County Attorney in Tucson, where she handled a variety of cases including DUI, domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and homicides, and conducted over 25 jury trials.

Rachael earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. While in law school, Rachael served as the President of the Trial Advocacy Board. Prior to law school, Rachael graduated cum laude from Colorado State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education.

Rachael is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Texas.
