2/21/13 Jenna Leyton-Jones Presents: Protecting Your Products and People

On Thursday, February 21, 2013, employment & labor attorney Jenna Leyton-Jones, will be presenting, “Protecting Your Products and People: The Efficacy of Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete, and Non-Solicitation Clauses in California,” at the East County Personnel Association’s monthly luncheon meeting. The luncheon will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm at The Brigantine Restaurant in La Mesa.

This presentation will clarify the differences between non-disclosure, non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, explain how to use such agreements lawfully in California, and provide drafting tips. Other topics will include the identification and protection of trade secrets, as well as the challenges created by social media.
