Pettit Kohn’s annual employment symposium will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at The Dana on Mission Bay. Our employment team will address any new laws and employment changes that HR professionals need to know and how to effectively handle them.

This program will educate attendees on how to reduce the risk of costly penalties and lawsuits. Our attorneys have extensive litigation experience and routinely represent a broad spectrum of business entities in all aspects of employment litigation, including issues of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and wage & hour claims. They will share best practices information and how to avoid the pitfalls of California’s complex employment laws.
