Miriam Yarde is an associate attorney for Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on the defense of retail matters including product liability, premises liability, and personal injury.

Miriam obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. Prior to joining Pettit Kohn, Miriam worked at litigation firms specializing in federal and state criminal defense matters. During her time in law school, Miriam served as a judicial extern to Justice Gordon B. Burns of the California Court of Appeal and Judge Sean P. Dabel of the San Mateo County Superior Court. Furthermore, Miriam has served as a legal assistant at several firms, including those specializing in personal injury, bankruptcy, dependency, and immigration.

Miriam is a proud dog parent to a chiweenie named Pepper, and she enjoys taking her to the park and playing fetch.
