Trial attorneys Matthew Smith and Sara Bloch of Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin secured a defense verdict in a two-week trial for their attorney client Deanne Arthur Bordeaux. The trial culminated a highly contentious legal malpractice case wherein the jury’s defense verdict decision was announced Thursday February 29th, 2024.

The case was filled with complexities compounded by opposing counsel’s ever-changing theories and evidence.
